Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. However, sometimes tracking may not be available for free shipping. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve chosen combined shipping.

Post-Payment Details
Once the payment is successfully made, the order process begins. The product will be prepared and shipped within about five business days from the order date. The delivery time may vary between 5 to 20 business days.
How Do I Receive My Package?
When the package reaches its destination, the customer will receive a text message with details for package pickup. The pickup point will usually be near the address provided during the order placement.
